This document reader performs automatic duplex scanning and authenticity verification of ID cards, driver’s licenses, bank cards, social security cards and other documents. It is connected to a PC with the help of a USB-3.0 cable.

Some modifications of Regula 72X3 are equipped with modules for reading RFID chips, smart cards and magnetic stripes.
